About Us

Ayam Zaman opened its doors in the late 2022 with a simple goal. Our goal is to bring the authentic middle eastern flavour and the middle eastern vibes to this community. We always treat the costumer with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, We are very proud to offer a comfortable space for everyone. At Ayam Zaman great food and genuine hospitality always comes first.

Our menu features a wide variety of classic middle eastern dishes, including freshly prepared shawarma, and freshly grilled kebab and others, and even a selection of home made appetizers such as hummus, baba ghanough, and mutabbal. Every dish we make is crafted using quality ingredients and time honoured recipes that highlights rich flavours and generous portions.

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences ever! We went with our friends and everyone truly enjoyed it! The family platter was huge and bursting with flavor the kebabs were perfection and the chicken tawouk was out of this world. Every side, from the mutabal to the tabouleh, was fresh and delicious, and even the fries and rice were served in generous family-sized portions. On top of that, they serve fresh bread straight from the traditional oven, warm and fluffy, which made the meal even more special. The service was outstanding, the restaurant spotless, and the music created the perfect vibe to enjoy the food. This place is an absolute must-visit highly recommend to anyone who loves amazing food and a great atmosphere!

I stumbled upon this place by accident. It’s a bit hidden away from the main street. The mutabbal was probably the best I’ve ever had, and the bread was fresh out of the oven. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between traditional charm and modern comfort. Service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and culture they’re sharing. Prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. Definitely coming back here next time I’m in town.
